This Distance Sales Agreement applies to digital and professional services purchased from H190K Store through the website, written offer, invoice, payment link, or another approved communication channel. The exact service scope, price, timeline, and deliverables are defined in the relevant offer, invoice, order confirmation, or written agreement.
1. Parties
The service provider is H190K Store, a digital service brand operated by an individual service provider. The customer is the individual or organization identified in the relevant order, invoice, payment record, or written communication.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement sets general terms for remotely purchased website, landing page, domain, DNS, business email, hosting, SEO, and digital presence setup or support services. The customer should review and confirm the specific scope before payment.
3. Services and Order Confirmation
A service becomes confirmed when the parties agree in writing on the scope and payment terms, or when the customer pays an invoice or approved payment link that clearly identifies the service. Requested work outside the confirmed scope may require a new quote, payment, or timeline.
4. Price and Payment
The price, currency, deposit, milestones, and due dates are stated in the relevant quote, invoice, payment link, or written agreement. Payment processing is also subject to the Payment & Billing Policy.
5. Delivery of Services
Services are delivered digitally. Delivery may include email, website deployment, hosting or domain configuration, project files, credentials or access transfer, written setup confirmation, or another agreed channel. No physical shipping is normally involved.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, business, content, and technical information.
- Provide lawful content and the permissions needed to use it.
- Provide required access and feedback within a reasonable time.
- Review the agreed scope, deliverables, and payment terms before payment.
- Keep account credentials secure and notify H190K Store of relevant changes.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the work stage, completed work, and non-recoverable costs. The Service Delivery & Refund Policy forms part of this agreement.
8. Third-Party Services and Costs
Domains, hosting, email services, themes, plugins, licenses, paid tools, and other external services may be purchased from third parties. Once ordered or activated, these costs may be non-refundable and may be governed by the third party's terms.
9. Prohibited Use
The customer may not use the services for illegal, deceptive, abusive, or restricted activity. The Prohibited Use Policy forms part of this agreement.
10. Intellectual Property and Access
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project-specific deliverables transfer to the customer after full payment, excluding third-party materials, licensed assets, reusable tools, frameworks, and pre-existing components. Access transfer is subject to provider rules and outstanding payments.
11. Privacy and Payment Processing
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. H190K Store does not store full card details; card payments, when available, are processed by licensed third-party payment providers.
12. Applicable Law
H190K Store is operated by an individual digital service provider. Unless otherwise stated in writing, this agreement is generally governed by the laws applicable to the country where the service agreement, invoice, payment link, or payment provider is issued or processed. For Turkey-based customers or payments processed through Turkish payment providers, the applicable law is the law of the Republic of Turkey. For Iraq-based customers or payments processed through Iraqi payment providers, the applicable law may be the law of the Republic of Iraq, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
