Privacy Policy

Effective: June 14, 2026

1. About This Policy

H190K Store is a digital service brand operated by an individual service provider. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit the website, request a quote, make a payment, or use website, domain, DNS, email, hosting, SEO, or digital presence support services.

2. Information We May Collect

  • Contact and business information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, and information you provide in a message or service request.
  • Project information: Content, files, domain details, technical requirements, credentials or access you choose to provide for the requested service.
  • Billing information: Billing name, country, invoice details, transaction status, amount, date, and payment reference where needed for an order or legal record.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, security logs, and cookie or analytics data generated when you use the website.

Because services are delivered digitally, we do not usually require a shipping address.

3. Payment Card Information

We do not store full card details. Card payments, when available, are processed securely by licensed third-party payment providers. Those providers handle card data under their own privacy and security terms. H190K Store may receive limited payment confirmation information, such as the transaction status, amount, date, and reference number.

4. How Information Is Used

  • To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes or service agreements.
  • To provide, deliver, maintain, and support agreed digital services.
  • To process orders, invoices, payment confirmations, renewals, and refunds.
  • To manage domain, DNS, hosting, email, security, and technical support tasks.
  • To protect the website and services against fraud, spam, phishing, malware, and other abuse.
  • To comply with applicable legal, accounting, tax, or provider requirements.

5. Legal Grounds

Depending on the applicable law and context, information may be processed to perform a service agreement, respond to a request, comply with a legal obligation, protect legitimate security and business interests, or act on your consent.

6. Sharing with Service Providers

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only as needed with providers that support payment processing, domain registration, DNS, hosting, email, storage, analytics, security, communication, or similar service delivery. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect customers, H190K Store, or a provider from fraud or abuse.

7. Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and payment records, resolve disputes, secure managed systems, and meet applicable legal or provider obligations. Data that is no longer needed may be deleted or anonymized.

8. Security and Managed-Service Access

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Access to customer systems or credentials is limited to the work requested and should be removed or changed when no longer needed.

9. Abuse and Security Monitoring

Technical indicators such as login activity, access logs, sending volume, bounce rates, spam complaints, blacklist status, and suspicious DNS or email activity may be reviewed to protect managed services. Customer email content is not routinely read and is accessed only when the customer requests support, a security investigation requires it, applicable law requires it, or policy enforcement reasonably requires it.

10. International Processing

Service providers may process information in different countries. Where information is transferred across borders, reasonable steps are taken to use providers and safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable requirements.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Contact support@h190k.com. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

12. Children

The services are intended for customers able to enter a valid service agreement. H190K Store does not knowingly request personal information from children for independent purchases. A parent or guardian should contact us if they believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

The website and delivered services may link to or depend on third-party platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which customers should review before using those services.

14. Applicable Law

Unless otherwise stated in writing, privacy matters connected to a service are generally handled under the laws applicable to the country where the service agreement, invoice, payment link, or payment provider is issued or processed. Turkey-based services or Turkish-provider payments are handled under applicable Turkish law. Iraq-based services or Iraqi-provider payments may be handled under applicable Iraqi law, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when services, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
