2. Illegal or Deceptive Activity
We do not provide services for illegal products or services, fraud, impersonation, phishing, credential theft, deceptive websites, counterfeit products, intellectual-property infringement, or attempts to hide unlawful activity.
3. Malware, Spam, and Abuse
Services may not be used to distribute malware, malicious code, spam, unsolicited bulk messages, harmful redirects, abusive automation, unauthorized access tools, or content intended to compromise another person, account, device, or network.
4. Fake Engagement
We do not sell or support fake followers, fake likes, fake views, fake reviews, artificial engagement, spam activity, or techniques intended to manipulate platform metrics. Social media support is limited to legitimate account setup, profile optimization, content organization, technical support, and management assistance.
5. Restricted Industries and Schemes
We do not provide services for gambling, adult content, counterfeit products, prohibited financial schemes, pyramid or deceptive investment schemes, or other activities restricted by applicable law, a platform, a hosting provider, or a payment provider.
6. Platform and Provider Rules
Customers must follow the rules of relevant domain registrars, hosting services, email providers, social platforms, payment providers, and other third parties. A service request may be refused if it would violate those rules.
7. Enforcement
H190K Store may request clarification or supporting information, refuse a project, remove access, suspend managed services, or report activity when required by law or a provider's rules. Fees for completed work and non-recoverable third-party costs remain subject to the agreed service and refund terms.
