1. Service Provider and Acceptance
H190K Store is a digital service brand operated by an individual service provider. These Terms apply when you request, purchase, or use a service. A specific quote, invoice, order confirmation, payment link, or written agreement may add service-specific terms.
2. Service Scope
Services may include website development, landing pages, domain and DNS setup or management, business email setup, hosting support, SEO setup, and social media account setup or support. Social media work is limited to legitimate setup, profile optimization, content organization, technical support, and management assistance. Fake followers, likes, views, spam, and prohibited engagement are not provided.
3. Quotes, Orders, and Changes
The agreed scope, deliverables, price, currency, timeline, revisions, and customer responsibilities are defined in writing. Work outside that scope may require a revised quote, additional payment, or timeline change. Customers should review the scope before payment.
4. Digital Delivery
H190K Store provides digital and professional services rather than physical goods. Services may be delivered through email, website deployment, hosting or domain configuration, project files, access transfer, written setup confirmation, or another agreed communication channel. A shipping address is not normally required.
5. Payment and Billing
Services may require full payment, a deposit, milestone payments, or written payment confirmation before work starts. Card payments, when available, are processed by licensed third-party payment providers, and H190K Store does not store full card details. Currency and payment terms are described in the quote and the Payment & Billing Policy.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the work stage, completed work, and non-recoverable third-party costs. Custom service payments are generally non-refundable after final delivery, approval, or deployment unless H190K Store caused a technical issue that cannot reasonably be resolved. Full details are in the Service Delivery & Refund Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
Domains, DNS, hosting, email, storage, analytics, security, paid tools, themes, plugins, licenses, and payment processing may depend on third-party providers. Their availability, pricing, policies, transfer rules, renewal rules, and outages are outside H190K Store's direct control. Customers may also be bound by those providers' terms.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, business, content, and technical information.
- Provide lawful content and the rights or permissions required to use it.
- Provide needed access, approvals, and feedback within a reasonable time.
- Keep credentials secure and pay agreed invoices when due.
- Review domain, DNS, email, hosting, and deployment changes when requested.
9. Domains, DNS, Email, and Hosting
H190K Store may manage these services through its own or customer-owned provider accounts, depending on the project. Domain transfers and account changes are subject to paid balances, verification, provider rules, lock periods, and technical limitations. DNS changes and provider outages can affect website or email availability.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project-specific deliverables transfer after full payment. Third-party assets, licensed components, reusable tools, frameworks, and pre-existing materials remain subject to their existing ownership and license terms. H190K Store may show completed public work in its portfolio unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
11. Prohibited Use
Services may not be used for illegal activity, phishing, malware, spam, fake engagement, gambling, adult content, counterfeit products, prohibited financial schemes, unauthorized access, or violations of platform or payment-provider rules. The Prohibited Use Policy forms part of these Terms.
12. Privacy and Security
Information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Reasonable security practices are used, but no internet service can guarantee complete security or uninterrupted availability.
13. Suspension and Termination
H190K Store may pause or terminate services for unpaid invoices, illegal or prohibited use, security risk, abuse, provider suspension, or a material breach of the agreed terms. Where practical, the customer will be informed and given an opportunity to resolve the issue.
14. Liability
H190K Store will make reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, H190K Store is not responsible for indirect losses or failures caused by customer actions, inaccurate information, unpaid renewals, third-party outages, provider restrictions, DNS propagation, or events outside reasonable control.
15. Applicable Law
Unless otherwise stated in writing, these Terms are generally governed by the laws applicable to the country where the service agreement, invoice, payment link, or payment provider is issued or processed. For Turkey-based customers or payments processed through Turkish payment providers, the applicable law is the law of the Republic of Turkey. For Iraq-based customers or payments processed through Iraqi payment providers, the applicable law may be the law of the Republic of Iraq, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
16. Updates
These Terms may be updated when services, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Changes do not replace a separately signed written agreement unless that agreement allows them to do so.
