1. Payment Methods
Payments may be requested through a payment link, invoice, bank transfer, or another supported payment provider. Available methods depend on the customer's location, the agreed service, and provider availability.
2. Card Processing
We do not store full card details. Card payments, when available, are processed securely by licensed third-party payment providers. We may receive limited payment confirmation details such as transaction status, payment amount, date, and reference number.
3. Prices and Currencies
Prices may be displayed in USD for reference. Depending on the customer location, payment provider, and agreed quote, the final payable amount may be issued in TRY, IQD, USD, or another supported currency. Turkish payment providers may process the payable amount in TRY. Iraqi payment providers may process it in IQD or another supported currency.
4. When Work Starts
Depending on the written agreement, work may begin after full payment, an agreed deposit, a milestone payment, or written payment confirmation. H190K Store may wait for funds to clear before purchasing third-party services or starting delivery.
5. Deposits and Milestones
Project deposits and milestone amounts are defined in the quote, invoice, payment link, or written agreement. Each milestone may be tied to a stated stage of work or deliverable.
6. Third-Party Costs
Domain, hosting, email, license, theme, plugin, paid tool, and other third-party costs may require advance payment before purchase. Provider charges, taxes, conversion costs, or bank fees may be shown separately when applicable and known.
7. Failed or Late Payments
A failed, reversed, disputed, or late payment may delay the project, pause managed services, prevent a renewal, or suspend access until the account is brought up to date. H190K Store will not intentionally make a third-party purchase without the required funds or written agreement.
8. Billing Questions
For a billing question, contact support@h190k.com and include the relevant invoice, order, or transaction reference. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Service Delivery & Refund Policy.
